Cook time 60 min.
Ingredients
4 2 pound rack of St. Louis cut pork ribs with the silver skin removed
1 lb. bag of Gorillas Super Combo Spice Rub Mix (available at
http://www.gorillabbq.com)
3 Cups of Ketchup
1 Cup of Apple cider vinegar
1 Cup of Honey
1 Cup of Orange juice
1-2 Cups of water (more or less as needed)
1 Bottle of Liquid Smoke Flavoring ( 1 teaspoon or more to taste)

How to make it :

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place the rest of Gorillas Super Combo Spice Rub Mix in a large mixing bowl
Rub the spice mixture into the ribs, generously coating the top & bottom of ribs completely
Place ribs on a baking sheet (meat up, bone down) and bake in pre-heated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let ribs cook for 20 25 minutes before lighting your grill to allow it time to heat up while ribs finish cooking in the oven
Remember *USE YOUR TIMER* and remove ribs from oven when done and begin preparing sauce
(A good sign of perfectly cooked ribs is when the bones show finger like finger from the meat)

Sauce:

In a large soup pot combine 1 cup of Gorillas Super Combo Spice Rub Mix, liquid smoke flavoring, ketchup, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, and water (this will create a thick sauce , but you may add water to thin if desired)
Heat pan on medium to a simmer, constantly stirring for about 10 minutes & remove from heat
Place oven-baked ribs on pre-heated grill (meat down, bone up) for 2 to 4 minutes then flip ribs (bone down, meat up) for 2 to 4 more minutes
Remove ribs from grill , let cool slightly then cut into individual servings
Serve Gorillas Own Ribs with sauce on top or served on the side
